Dr Jennie

Dr. Jennie Klauer

Physical Therapist, Pelvic Floor Specialist

Dr. Jennifer Klauer, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. During physical therapy school, she became passionate about the pelvic health specialty. As she gained more and more experience in the area of pelvic health, she really began to notice the positive effect it can have on quality of life for women. After advanced coursework and training, she became a Pelvic Floor Specialist.

Seeing the immense impact of pelvic floor physical therapy has made this work very rewarding for Jennie. She is passionate about empowering women to take charge of their health and helping them get back to doing things they love.

In her free time, Dr. Jennie enjoys reading, trying new recipes, spending time with her husband, and taking weekend trips to visit family.

Dr Mary

Dr. Mary Garces

Physical Therapist, Pelvic Floor Specialist

Dr. Mary Garces, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA after obtaining her undergraduate degree at Marquette University, where she also played Division I volleyball. She became interested in learning more about the pelvic floor specialty after assisting in a research project during graduate school that studied different pelvic floor populations. Following graduation, Dr. Mary has worked in acute and outpatient physical therapy settings. This is where Dr. Mary felt inspired to dive even deeper into pelvic health. She saw so many of her own patients suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction with little guidance from other health care providers on how to restore better function and quality of life.

Seeing her patients become empowered with the knowledge about their body and providing patients the tools to address these impairments is the most rewarding part of her job. Dr. Mary believes it is important to individualize each patient’s plan of care to ensure the patient can achieve the best results possible. In addition to manual therapy and exercise, Dr. Mary uses dry needling and yoga to help her patients reach their goals.

When Dr. Mary is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and nieces and nephews. She loves baking, reading, camping, and knitting! She likes to stay active by going hiking, running, practicing yoga, and playing volleyball.
